Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel Reservation
Guests may cancel their online reservation under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the reservation policy for the selected rate.
• For cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, a fee may apply, as specified in the booking terms.

Procedure for Cancellation
To cancel a reservation, guests should contact Splendid Accomodation directly via email at booking@hotel-splendid.ro or through the online reservation system. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
